Of course, given that we are a student planner provider we would like absolutely every Australian school to choose us as their supplier.
That’s why we do a lot of work making sure we are meeting all of our clients expectations. (and hopefully exceeding them 🙂 ) We do get a lot of thourough feedback from our clients. As part of our process we ask each school client to review our service once their diaries have been received each year. Our survey includes multiple choice questions as well as a range of questions that allow our clients to provide details about any positives or negatives they experienced during the process.
Last year over 65% of our clients let us know how they felt about our services.

Student Planners 2022 – We are ready!
One of the reasons we survey our clients at the end of each planner seasons is not only to receive positive feedback, but also for any constructive criticism. Maintaining a dialogue with our customers throughout the process and then upon completion of their student planner ensures that we keep on improving on our customer service, our processes and our product offerings. Our planner feedback survey is undertaken by one of our staff who is not a school planner account manager, and the results are shared company wide, with the management team, account management, and production teams as well.
